Richard Blair | Principal Consultant

Richard Blair is a seasoned business and marketing professional specializing in entrepreneurship, financial restructuring, and operational improvement for small and mid-sized businesses.

Originally from Cuba, Richard has spent more than 50 years living and working throughout New England, New Jersey, and Georgia. He is currently based in the Metro Atlanta area with his wife, Debby, and is a proud father and grandfather.

Richard studied Psychology at the University of Massachusetts and earned a Master’s Certificate in Commercial Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He built his career in the telecommunications sector, holding sales and marketing leadership roles with a focus on commercial solutions and partner co-marketing programs at Lucent Technologies.

He has also completed professional training across multiple disciplines, including real estate, insurance, public speaking, franchising, and life coaching, providing him with a broad and practical business perspective.

As a Principal Consultant with Perimeter Business Advisors, Richard works with a team that brings over 70 years of combined experience in business restructuring, debt mediation, and capital solutions. He advises business owners on stabilizing cash flow, restructuring obligations, and positioning their companies for long-term profitability.

Fluent in Spanish, Richard has worked with clients across diverse industries and communities, delivering clear, results-driven guidance.
